HOW WE OPERATE
Our aim is simple, to grow quality food, care for the land we’re working, and make thoughtful decisions at every step.
We don’t claim to be organic or spray-free, and we think honesty matters. What we do focus on is growing food responsibly and making practical choices that reduce chemical use wherever possible.
All of our vegetables are grown under plastic, which significantly reduces the need for herbicides. Early in the season, we also chose to cultivate weeds into the soil rather than spray them out, helping build organic matter and improve soil health without leaving residual herbicides behind.
